At Circle Birth, we recommend a six-week postpartum doula package that offers comprehensive support during the early weeks after your baby's arrival, a time when both physical recovery and emotional adjustment are vital. The first six weeks, often the most challenging part of the fourth trimester, are when new mothers typically begin to regain their strength and establish routines with their newborns. Our postpartum doulas assist during this crucial period, offering expert guidance on newborn feeding, care, soothing techniques, and emotional support while helping with light household tasks.
We suggest scheduling at least three days of doula support per week to ensure you get the consistent rest and recovery you need. As your journey progresses, we offer flexibility for extended support, helping families navigate postpartum changes and emotional adjustments with ease. Many families choose to continue care through the fourth trimester for a smoother transition and ongoing support.
