A typical visit lasts between 4 to 6 hours, where our postpartum doulas focus on helping with baby care, supporting the mother as she recovers, and answering any pressing questions. These visits are tailored to your needs, with doulas assisting in tasks like newborn care, feeding, and light household chores. We also offer meal preparation support, allowing you to focus on recovery and bonding with your baby. Our goal is to ensure your daytime is as balanced and peaceful as possible, while giving you the time and space to recharge.

Our Daytime Package offers several days of personalized support, with visits typically lasting 2 to 6 hours. These sessions are tailored to provide complete care, covering newborn care, light household chores, meal preparation, and giving you the time to bond with your baby or take some much-needed rest.
For those requiring extended care, we offer flexible options to extend the duration of visits. Just let us know your needs and preferences, and we'll accommodate accordingly.
