With a wealth of expertise in trauma-informed care, brainspotting, and culturally responsive therapy, Shanaz has built a career focused on helping individuals heal from generational trauma while embracing their true selves.
Holding a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas, Shanaz brings extensive experience in both individual therapy and corporate wellness consulting. She is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity, ensuring trauma-informed, healthy environments across personal and professional settings.
